Amend Article XIII, Section 2.J. by substituting new sentence
to read:
J. Upon retiring from the office, deliver to her successor all monies, accounts, records, supplies and other property belonging to WN within thirty days of retiring from office. Submitted by Jan Roy. Reason: For better wording. |

Section 3. Issues D. After each convention, the WHITE CAPS shall include the newly elected officers and committee chairmen with addresses and telephone numbers. |
Amend Article XIV. Section 3.D. by substituting new sentence
to read:

#30. ARTICLE XV - OFFICIAL EMBLEM
Section 1. Description The official Emblem of WAVES National shall be the three-blade propeller with the fouled anchor superimposed in it enclosed in two circles with the words “WAVES NATIONAL” printed inside the two circles. |
Amend ARTICLE XV, Section 1, by substitution to read:
Section 1. Description The official Emblem of WAVES National shall be the three blade propeller with the fouled anchor superimposed on it, enclosed in two circles with the words "WAVES National" along the top and the words "Women of the Sea Services" along the bottom printed inside the two circles.
