CONVENTION CALL OUT FOR UNIT PHOTOS!!!

Did you attend the convention in Portland? Do you remember the slide show presented during lunch?  If you didn't then boy did you miss some fun!  We're going to do the same thing (almost) in Philadelphia.  We'd like to gather unit and regional convention photos for our next convention. And, any special events that WAVES National represented. It was so much fun seeing everyone in action throughout the United States. For those units who didn't participate, we did a roll call, so no one was left out!

Start sending your pictures now.  Yes, now!  The convention will be here before you know it.  Bringing them to convention doesn't work.  We have to scan the photos, clean them up and place them in the slide show.  So, all you shutterbugs out there...get your cameras out and start snapping!! Be sure to include all names of those in the photo, unit number, name and date of event on the back side of photo. I need to know what the event was and all of those pictured.

Please mail all photos to: Denise Duke, 9402 Flowerden Lane, Manassas, VA 20110

Or email digital photos to: duked4@erols.com

I love hearing from everyone.  All photos will be turned over to the historian after processing.  Make sure the photos are bright. The dark photos tend to scan even darker.  Send as many as you like. I usually can fit about 6 on a page depending on the subject of the photo.  If you have any questions write or call (703-257-7586).
